Daily tasks will include

• Engaging with potential customers to explain and guide them through OneBudget’s unique financial fitness program.
• Consistently achieving monthly revenue targets within set KPIs.
• Building strong relationships with clients and fostering trust.
• Contributing ideas to improve processes, refine sales techniques, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining detailed records, CRM management and nurturing a portfolio of clients to drive repeat business.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience and transferable skills from various sales backgrounds, including retail, face-to-face interactions, phone-based sales, and both B2B and B2C environments.
• Motivated to succeed, with a hunger for progression and a passion for uncapped commissions.
• Results-driven and eager to exceed set targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way.
• Genuine interest in personal finance and helping others achieve financial freedom.
• A natural ability to build meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a supportive, high-energy team.
